Player Review
Zuhr excelled at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall regional camp in Florida on October 2, 2016. He is so flexible and is sound with his technique, sometimes it’s tough to forget he is this young! He is advanced beyond his years and snapped pearls all day. He is a natural born competitor and was able to hang with guys who are 3 to 4 years older than him. I am excited to see Zuhr continue to develop physically and as a Long Snapper. He should dominate VEGAS XXIX for his class.
Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .76
VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.78
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 16.05

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
