Player Review
Dillon showed me some good things at VEGAS XXIX on January 14-15, 2017.

Dillon did well at the Rubio Long Snapping fall camp in GA on December 18th, 2016. He is a very strong Long Snapper that moves well on his feet. He could definitely be a factor in punt coverage and could do some damage with his size. Love to see him focus on his release point to gain full control of his accuracy and consistency. Ball has some great speed and he has quick hands. Upside is big on this kid and he is always improving. I really like Dillon's attitude and upside. He could easily dominate VEGAS XXIX.
Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .83
VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.14
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 24.68

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
