Player Review
Logan showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. He has very good size and does a nice job of getting his hands all the way back on his follow through. His lateral movement is good and he had no issues with getting over the bags at the agility station of the weekend. I would like to see Logan flatten out his back and do some more slow motion drills to ensure he is using all of his lower to create more speed on the ball by April 23 in IL and at VEGAS 30 in May. He is absolutely dripping with potential due to size along with the strength and quickness in his hands. Consistency of speed will make him a big time candidate for TOP 12 at VEGAS 30. Increasing his overall RSI will be huge for moving up.
Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .85
VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.03
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 6.38

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
