Player Review
Snyder definitely showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. He does a really nice job of keeping his balance back and makings sure he follows all the way through to the punter. He practically hands the ball to the punter. Built thick and will get thicker so I want him to use all of that power when he is snapping on punts. Love to see him using more of his lower half by the time I see him on April 23 in IL so he can raise his speed at VEGAS 30 in May. Snyder is a strong Long Snapper with powerful hands that is trying to muscle the ball with his upper half right now. Once his lower half is going with the motion, he will EASILY be under .80. Lots of potential on attitude and upper body strength.
Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .95
VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.65
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 16.30

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
