Player Review
Major jump in the rankings and well deserved after what I saw out of Chestnut at VEGAS XXIX on January 14-15, 2017. He is a big man with solid power and good form. Ball is consistent and he shows good accuracy. Like to see him focus on just the snap and not winding up. Getting his powerful body fully involved will greatly increase the speed of the ball and will allow him to withstand a rush more efficiently. Ball is very catchable and he is always improving. Hard worker that is definitely on the right path.Accomplishments

VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 9.88
All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.
RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
