Player Review
Riggs had a very good weekend at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. He is absolutely dripping with potential and could be the sleeper of his class. When he is on, he is really on. Riggs has a great frame and a college strength coach is going to have a field day with putting weight on his long body. He moves well on his feet and his ball is powerful. The more he trusts his legs and form enough to just use them, the better he will do in the long run. Tends to pause at the beginning of his snap to gear up almost for the action. Once he learns to just hit the start button and go, he will dominate. No pausing...no hesitation....just dominance. Keep a very close eye on this kid.

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.
