Player Review
Trent did well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. Starting form is solid and he has good balance when snapping on punts. His hands are really quick and the ball jumps out of the gate well. He could really increase the speed of the ball if he could lead with his elbows and work on not being stiff armed through the first snapping motion. Locking down his spiral will pick up some speed on the ball and get Trent's RSI moving way up at VEGAS 30. EXCELLENT attitude

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.
RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
