Manuel is a very talented kicking prospect. He has a strong leg and excellent natural ability. Shows he can hit a D1 ball off the ground. Kickoffs are also solid, college ready. A competitor that does well under pressure. He shows all the signs of continuing to improve into a stellar college player. I really like his upside. Manuel will make a nice addition to a college football program. His best is still in front of him. Solid college prospect.
