Player Review
Ross looked great at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. Ball is beyond smooth and his catchability is off the charts. Ross has some good flexibility for his size and does a nice job of getting his upper half through to practically hand the ball to the punter. Love to see Ross focus on increasing his athleticism and snapping with absolute full power at all times. Form is very good and he needs to trust it to pick up his speed and get his RSI up at VEGAS 30. Tremendous attitude. His coach will love him in college. SMART.
Accomplishments

VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 6.09

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
