I liked what I saw out of Carter at the Rubio Long Snapping fall camp in IL. Good, sporty frame and his snaps are smooth and catchable. Solid Long Snapper. Needs to make sure he is getting his butt fully down on each snap and that he gets his legs all the way involved to gain more speed on the ball. Very good potential. Like to see his speed break into the .8s within the next couple of months.
