Player Review
Jesse did well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. I like his size and how he runs downhill at all times. Through the agility section of the weekend, he come in hot and was aggressive with the bags. Tough kid. His starting form is solid and he is using his lower half really well. By March 5th in CA, I would like to see Jesse focus on leaning back more to help out his accuracy and speed on the ball. Falling forward will impact his accuracy and speed which won't help his RSI at VEGAS 30 in May. Potential is off the charts for Jesse on his form and strength alone. Fine tuning some things while increasing the speed of his snaps and legs (running) will put him in a very good spot for TOP 12 this May.
Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .93
VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.78
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 18.18

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
