Louis showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Underclassmen Invitational at the IMG Academy in FL in July, 2016. He has a really nice frame and is going to keep growing. Built strong and I want him to use all of that power on every single snap. Form is good and will be great once his legs are fully involved (they are very close right now). Honestly, the big thing I want to see out of Rahal is full CONFIDENCE and making sure he snaps as hard as he possibly can. If he did that this summer, he would be a 3.5 star at the least. Rahal has VERY good potential and wouldn't surprise me to see him make a huge jump by VEGAS XXIX.
