Player Review
OFFER NOW!!!

Skinner, AKA Mad Dog, was an absolute phenom at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. He left no doubt that he is the best Long Snapper in his class and, honestly, would be ranked very high in the class above him as well. He is built like a college athlete right now and moves like one as well. During the agility drill on Sunday, he was the overall strongest Long Snapper with snapping and blocking. He could literally not be knocked back at all after throwing back a perfect snap to the punter in less than .70 seconds. The more he follows through and maintains his release point, the more he separates himself from his class. Any college would be wise to offer him right now!

VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .68
VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.23
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 60.29

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
