Player Review
I liked what I saw out of Domingo at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. Athletically, he moved really well on his feet and had incredible closing speed when tackling. He was like a missile out there. His form is good and he snaps with a ton of power for his size. Uses every single inch of his body and all his weight. Obviously, the bigger and stronger he gets, the better he will be and more viable to a college coach. Like to see him get a little quicker out of the gate with no winding up at the start of the snap. Watching him snap is awesome since he uses ALL of his body.
Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .86
VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.10
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 28.21

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
