I really liked what I saw out of Harper at the Rubio Long Snapping fall camp in NC on November 20th, 2016. He has a good frame and moves well on his feet for his size. Love to see him focus on making sure he is leaning all the way back AND going straight back instead of up and then back. Harper is good and headed towards great if he can CONSISTENTLY be in the high .7s by VEGAS XXIX. TOP 12 Camp????
