Player Review
Hunter showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. Long and lean frame with room to put on some good weight over the next couple of years. Moves with passion and runs hard. Definitely going to see Hunter as a factor on the punt coverage team over the next couple of years. His form is good and once he locks down his spiral and gets his whole body moving back, instead of out, he will get his snaps well under .75 by VEGAS 30. Hunter is dripping with potential. Getting the combo of speed and accuracy flowing will move his RSI way up in Vegas.
Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .87
VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.22
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 17.65

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
