Player Review
Milliron (pronounced Mill-Iron) looked very sharp at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. Form is coming along nicely and he moved really well on his feet through the agility section. He definitely had no problem moving forward or side to side. Like to see him speed up his legs a bit when snapping on punts and making sure his left elbow doesn't hit his knee as this will slow down his snap speed and could impact his accuracy. Speeds are good as he hovers below .80 and once his accuracy is increased a bit more, his RSI will push up a ton at VEGAS 30. Really impressed with Milliron's improvement over the past year.
Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .78
VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 4.99
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 25.00

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
