Player Review
Noah did really well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. His RSI was very solid which shows he has good balance to between his accuracy and overall speed on the ball. Form is very good and he can rip the ball back to the punter. Easily can snap in the D1 level speeds at this point and he has one more year left of high school football. Love to see him increase his athleticism laterally to be more of an asset on the punt coverage team. Works hard and a college coach will love him.

VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 44.29

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
