Player Review
Brock did really well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. He is a massive Long Snapper that simply won't stop growing. His form is good and he snaps with some solid power. Accuracy and speed are solid as you can see in his RSI below. Increasing his athleticism and making sure he doesn't run so high will push him into The TOP 12 Camp category.....he was VERY close to making it this time. Increase of speed and some better movement on his feet will make him an easy contender for the honor at VEGAS 30. Brock is improving VERY quickly and has what it takes for the next level.
Accomplishments

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
