Player Review
Hinders showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. Ball is very smooth and he has a great, fluid snapping motion. Hinders moves well on his feet and can easily be a factor on punt coverage. Love to see him snap with more power and confidence. Picking up some size and strength will definitely impact the power of his ball. Really need Hinders to dominate a camp and show me that he is a 5 Star Rubio Long Snapper because I KNOW he is and can be but I need to see it. BEYOND smooth Long Snapper that will do well in college. One of the Long Snappers that was extremely close to making the TOP 12 Camp

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
