Really liked what I saw out of Charles at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. His body is maturing and he is moving better on his feet. He did well on the agility section of the weekend. Form is VERY good and he is using his whole body really well. Needs to make sure he is not overgripping the ball so his spiral gets fully locked down. Also, continuing to adjust his frame to a more college type of body will push him up the rankings. Listens well and works hard. Charles should be able to position himself for a TOP 12 Camp spot at VEGAS 30.

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
