Blake is a very good punter that shows great potential. A good looking athlete that has a great frame for a punter. Hits a big ball at times. With continued hard work on his technique and consistency, he could be a top punter in this class. Like his upside. Keep a close eye on him. Has a bright college future. Nice pick up for Penn State.
