Player Review
OFFER HIM NOW!!!

Hembrough was exceptional at VEGAS XXIX on January 14-15, 2017. He is a true athlete that can snap and his upside is off the charts. Improving by the second and is becoming more and more ready for the next level. His demeanor was very solid in VEGAS and I loved the confidence he had when snapping the ball. Potential of his overall size is massive. A college strength coach is going to mold him into something special. He is ready.

Hembrough had a very solid couple days at the TOP 12 & EVENT ELITE Camp at the IMG Academy in FL. Kid can move VERY well on his feet and his form is becoming flawless. Really using all of his body well and will just got better, and faster snapping, when he puts on some more size. When he hits his size stride, he could end up being one of the better Long Snappers in college. Type of frame that will be able to put on a massive chunk of weight in the next five years. Good attitude and he listens well. WATCH THIS KID. TRUST ME.
Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .77
VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.10
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 33.33

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
