Billy is an outstanding kicker. A good looking athlete with a great leg. Hits an excellent ball on field goals. Kickoffs are solid and nearing the top of his class. Billy show the ability to perform very well under pressure. He has all the tools to be a top kicker in this class. Look for Billy to continue to make major strides this off season. Should compete with the very best in Las Vegas this coming January Has a great attitude and work ethic. Nice prospect.
