Charlie is a big time punting prospect. A great athlete with a strong leg and excellent punting frame. Punts for consistent hang time and distance. Footwork and get off times are solid. Shows that he can directional punt. Is going to be a fine college punter. Also a very good kicker. A hard worker that is going to make a great addition at the next level. Outstanding prospect.
