Bailey is a big time all around K/P prospect. A good looking athlete with great size and strength. Field goals show huge range off the ground. Kickoffs may just be the very best in the nation. One of the most talented punters in the nation. He is the top combo player in this class. Bailey reminds me a lot of Jeff Locke at this age. Has a bright future college future. OFFER NOW!!!
