Jeff is an oustanding kicking prospect. He is big, tall, strong and athletic. Has all the tools to be special. Huge potential. Also an oustanding D1 punting prospect (his strength). A fine young man with a great attitude and work ethic. Has the potential to be a great all around player. Big time prospect. Will attend a JC.
