Player Review
Trent is a big time high school punting prospect. He is big, tall, strong and athletic. Trent has an ideal frame for a D1 level Punter. He easily averages 40+ yards, with 4.5+ hang time. His best balls measure 50+ yards, with 4.8+ hang time. A competitor that thrives under pressure. There is big time D1 talent here. Trent is a fine young man who is always a great pleasure to work with. He is going to make a huge addition to any college football program. Excellent prospect. OFFER NOW!!! Trent deserves to be given his fifth star after the recent CA Punt Camp. Trent is a massive, strong and explosive punter who is, I believe, one of the biggest sleepers in this class. In CA Trent was smashing the football. He hit punts of 49 4.56, 55 4.65 and 53 4.85 during open-field training. He was solid going both directions and was hitting consistent 40-45 yard punts outside the numbers. During charting Trent averaged right near 40 yards per punt. He then won the Last Man Standing competiton at camp hitting multiple punts 50+ yards. With a bit more consistency in his drop height I think Trent will be a solid FBS level punter.
Aaron Perez (7-21):
Trent attended the Rising Seniors Invitational in Dallas and was one of the top performers. Trent has a great swing for his size and one of the best punting frames in this entire class. In Dallas, Trent hit numerous punts 55+ yards and his best two punts during the training portion of camp were 51 4.75 and 50 4.61. Trent has a bit of a high drop and that can get him into trouble. If Trent can bring it down and become more consistent there is no reason he will not be a top 10 punter in this class, he is that talented. See you in CA for camp this Fall Trent!
