Player Review
Aaron Perez (10/20)"Chip is a big, strong punter with loads of potential. He recently attended the IL PuntFactory Camp and was very good all day. During the training portion of camp, Chip was able to hit balls 42-45 yards consistently. He hit some great balls going right and left, with his best being 45 4.36 directional left and 45 4.40 going right. Chip then averaged 43 yards per punt in his charting and 4.1 seconds of hangtime. Chip was very consistent all day. I believe Chip Can be a very good punter in this class and his size and strength should allow him to compete with the best in the country! Chip should have a great showing at the upcoming Las Vegas Events."
Chip is a talented high school punting prospect. He is big, tall, strong and athletic. He has a great frame for a college level punter. Chip hits a nice, consistent ball. He averages 40+ yards, with 4.25+ hang time. With continued hard work, he will be an excellent college level punter. The tools are there to do so. There is nice upside here. I look forward to seeing his development from camp 1 to camp 2. One to keep a close eye on. Chip is a fine young man that is a pleasure to work with. Strong prospect.
