Ratliff was very smooth at the Rubio Long Snapping spring camp in GA on March 12, 2016. He moves really on his feet and was snapping with good power throughout the day. Remembering to NOT think and snap with full power at all times will help a ton in the long run. Great ball when he is on. It really jumps back to the punter and can surprise them. ECU got a good one in Ratliff.

Ratliff did really well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXVII Event in January of 2016. He snaps with some great power on the ball and has no problem hitting the low .7s with good consistency. Athletically, he moves really well and can pass an eyeball test quickly. Consistency of his accuracy would be the one thing I would focus on if I was Ratliff prior to him getting to college. No bad snaps will be key and easily obtainable for him. When he is on, he is really on. Great upside.
