Player Review
Aaron Perez (4-24):Nate improved even more since the Fall and won Overall Camp Champion at the Spring TX Punt Camp. He has become more smooth and more consistent and hit some great balls despite a nasty wind the entire day in Houston. During training at camp Nate hit balls of 41 4.40 and 49 4.13. During charting his best balls were 47 4.03, 50 4.12 and 50 4.22. He averaged well over 42 yards per punt as well over 6 punts. Nate then won both competitions. I am so happy with his development and think this is just the beginning for Nate.
Nate is a an excellent punting prospect. He is a great looking athlete with a strong leg. His strength has become his punting. Nate did very well at Vegas XLIII in January. He punts for a nice combination of distance and hang time. Also a solid kicker. There is nice potential here. I look forward to seeing Nate compete with the best of the best once again at Vegas XLIV in May. He is a fine young man who is always a pleasure to work with. Nice combo player.
